PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen food, a chilled distribution food and an ambient temperature distribution food such as a gratin capable of affording a flavor and an appearance similar those of the food when cooked in an oven. ;SOLUTION: This frozen food, chilled distribution food or ambient temperature distribution food is filled in a container and has a structure composed of at least two layers.
