PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SPM collector which can efficiently collect SPM, relatively easily recovers a collection performance and requires less power and maintenance. PSOLUTION: The use of an adsorbent as a means for collecting SPM makes it possible to efficiently collect by collecting SPM on the adsorbent and to easily recover a collection performance by exchanging or adding the adsorbent when the collection performance is lowered. Since the adsorbent can collect SPM by bringing an SPM-containing polluted air into contact therewith, it, unlike a filter, need not be formed in the state interrupting the flow of air, causes a lowered pressure loss upon the pass of the polluted air, and necessitates less dependency on power.
