PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cells useful for effective screening of medicine useful for antitumor agent or metastasis control agent.;SOLUTION: The invention provides a sulfated Lewis x antigen producing cell or a sulfated Lewis a antigen producing cell having sulfated Lewis x antigen and sulfated Lewis a antigen productivity imparted the productivity of the sulfated Lewis x antigen producing cell and the sulfated Lewis antigen producing cell by transducing at least a kind of gene of the enzyme which is necessary for sulfation to a host cell having a deletion of enzyme necessary for sulfation of a Lewis x antigen of Lewis a antigen.
