PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain transparent ice without draining water in an ice making device and a refrigerator-freezer with this device. SOLUTION: An ice making device has a blow mechanism that blows hot air to an ice making block at a predetermined angle. A tub having a shape different from that of the ice making block is provided by the side of the ice making block. When water that is supplied within the ice making block produces a predetermined amount of ice, water that has not produced ice in the ice making block is stored in the tub to produce ice by tilting an ice tray by driving of a can dump so that the tub comes down. Accordingly, water that includes a lot of gas or mineral in the ice making block is moved to the tub and ice can be produced from the water. As a result, ice in the ice making block is made almost transparent, whereas regular ice in which white part is easily made can be produced in the tub. The shape of the transparent ice and the shape of the regular ice are different, which enables using them independently from each other.
