PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice-making device which provides transparent ice by controlling the temperature of supplied hot air, and also to provide a refrigerator-freezer using the ice-making device. PSOLUTION: In the ice-making device in which an ice-making pan comprising a plurality of ice-making blocks and communication parts allowing water to be communicated between the ice-making blocks is disposed in a chamber with cold air of below 0°C fed therein, a blow mechanism to blow hot air of at least 0°C from a blow nozzle at the predetermined temperature from one side to the other side of the ice-making blocks is provided, and electric heaters as heating sources of hot air to be blown from the blowing nozzle are disposed in the blow mechanism in an independent manner from each other. The temperature of hot air from the blow nozzle can be individually controlled on one side and on the other side, and transparency of each ice-making block is improved by controlling the temperature of hot air so that the ice-making operation is gradually advanced from one side to the other side.
