PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a system which make it possible to manage information on services regarding health unitedly with personal information and also acquire and register information related to the information on the services regarding health. PSOLUTION: The total health notebook managing apparatus requests the information on the services regarding health of a medical examination server and an electronic medical record server through a communication network in processing for personal information management associatively with total health notebook management and obtains the information on the services regarding health. In the personal information management, the personal information and the information on the services regarding the health are united and managed by receiving the information on the services regarding health as the personal information from the total health notebook management.
