PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a participant in dealing to collect credits of a seller and a buyer of dealings and evaluate the credits of the seller and buyer.;SOLUTION: The evaluation apparatus 103-1 for participant in dealings, which evaluate credits of the participants in business dealings on an electronic network 102 is equipped with a database 113 which stores evaluation data on the participant in dealings, an input/output control means 112 which inputs evaluation data on a partner of dealings each time the dealings are completed and stores them in the database, a communication control means 111 which refers to a common bulletin board where a message of another participant showing that evaluation data can be provided is recorded, inputs the evaluation data obtained from the participant having recorded the message, and stores the data in the database, and a credit evaluating means 115 which evaluates the credit of the specified participant in the dealing according to the evaluation data stored in the database.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
