PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an easy seal opening means operated to cause a tearing strength to be weakened in a stable manner, and a pouch having an easy seal opening means set by this method. ;SOLUTION: A laminated member composed of a resin layer hardly absorbing laser and another resin layer easily absorbing laser is used at a segment where at least a notch is formed. There is provided a method for forming an easy seal opening means in which the easy seal opening means is formed at a bag such as a refill pouch 1 where the laminated member is used. This method has a notch forming step in which the bag 1 is irradiated with laser beam to form a notch. In this case, it is preferable to have a seal opening assistance line forming step in which the bag is irradiated with laser beam 5 while scanning it with the laser beam to form a continuous seal opening assistance line at the notch.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
