PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap having an unsealing preventing mechanism or the like, which suppresses generation of a positional slipping between a thread section of the cap and the front end part on the thread final position side, has a good appearance, and also, can suppress the limit in the size of the diameter of the mouth section of a container body. PSOLUTION: This cap 1 having the unsealing preventing mechanism includes one outer peripheral plate 11, an internal thread section, a plurality of first engaging claws 21, and a plurality of third engaging claws 23. In this case, the outer peripheral plate 11 continues along the outer shape periphery. The internal thread section is formed on the internal surface of the outer peripheral plate 11. A plurality of the first engaging claws 21 are formed below the internal thread section on the internal side surface of the outer peripheral plate 11, and can engage with a part of the container body at the time of unsealing. A plurality of the third engaging claws 23 are formed on the internal side surface of the outer peripheral plate 11 between the first engaging claws 21, and can engage with a part of a forming mold at the time of resin molding.
