PACKAGING BOX WITH MECHANISM PREVENTING WRONGFUL UNSEALING

PURPOSE: To enable recognizing traces of wrongful unsealing in a simple manner when a lid board or bottom board has been tampered with by attaching to each of the opening parts of a box body a specified inside lid to the top surface of which bendable antitampering press lids formed by using inner flaps and inner bottom flaps respectively as well as the lid boards or bottom boards are adhesiively attached. ;CONSTITUTION: A bendable antitampering press lid 20 having the bending end along the edge of a side wall 12, 14 is cut in each of inner flaps 16 and inner bottom flaps, whereas each of lid boards 18 and bottom boards has at each of their two ends an indentation 18' to be filled in corresponding to the shape of the antitampering press lid 20. There are provided inside lids 2 each of which is shaped somewhat like a letter U in side view with the two end parts bent down each in a narrow strip and to the two lateral sides of each of which strips of an adhesive 3 consisting of a double- coated tape etc. are applied respectively. This constitution has an excellent effect on prevention of wrongful unsealing or tampering simply by interposition of the inside lids 2 at the openings of the box 1 and moreover facilitates the work of packing the box 1 with merchandise.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
