PERFORMANCE EVALUATING DEVICE FOR MACHINE TOOL AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATING SYSTEM EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance evaluating system which is constituted so that an analytic condition to be used in three-dimensional model analysis can be efficiently collected and stored. SOLUTION: A performance evaluating system 50 arranged in a machine tool is constituted so that a plurality of performance evaluating devices 1 set at a user side can be connected through a network 51 to a managing device 52 set at a maker side. The performance evaluating devices 1 are respectively provided with an analytic data storing means 12 for storing the three-dimensional model data or condition data for analysis of a movement mechanism part 2, a detecting means 4 for detecting the actual performance of the movement mechanism part 2, an analyzing means 13 for analyzing the performance of the movement mechanism part 2, an evaluating/judging means 15 for evaluating the propriety of the analyzed performance data, and a data updating means 16 for changing and updating the data stored in the analytic data storing means 12 so that the analyzed performance data can be made proper. The managing device 52 is provided with an analyzed data storing means 61 for storing the three-dimensional mode data or condition data received from the performance evaluating device 1. The managing device 52 is able to efficiently collect the optimized three-dimensional model data or condition data.
