PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assistance activity support method, assistance activity support device, assistance activity support program and storage medium capable of supporting an assistance activity between members by facilitating the retrieval of an assistant member capable of assisting a content requiring the assistance of a user member.;SOLUTION: This assistance activity support device for supporting the assistance activity between members comprises: a using content acquisition means 60 for acquiring at least one assistance content from at least one assistant member who wants to perform the assistance; a use content acquiring means 60 for acquiring a use content requiring the assistance from a user member who wants to receive the assistance; and a retrieval reporting means 61 for comparing the use content with the assistance content according to the request from the user member, retrieving an assistance content similar to the use content and the assistant member corresponding to the assistance content, and reporting them to the user member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
