PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counting method for simply and efficiently counting grains of a grape bunch in a growth period and a suitable bunch-controlling tool for carrying out the method.;SOLUTION: One side of a pair of left and right diaphragms 3a and 3b is inserted into a grape bunch from left and right both directions of the grape bunch 1 so that the grape bunch 1 is partitioned in the radial direction centering the cob 2 when the grape bunch 1 is viewed from the upper direction to provide the diaphragms in the interior of the bunch 1 and grain number on the surface side is counted in a state in which grains on the rear side partitioned by these diaphragms 3a and 3b are hidden and then, grain number on the rear side of the grape bunch 1 is directly counted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
