PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an inexpensive use and convenience in handling by reducing the number of parts and the man-hours of separation and assembling work without impairing the function of preventing the blowing up of gruel.;SOLUTION: The structure is provided with the first path 33 running to the upper part thereof where a steam outlet 32 for releasing steam 41 outside is disposed from the lower part thereof where a return port 31 for returning the gruel into a pot 2 is disposed and the second path 34 arranged externally surrounding the first path 33. First and second steam inflow ports 35 and 36 are so arranged in the surrounding walls 40a2 and 40a3 of the first and second paths 33 and 34 respectively as to communicate with each other through the second path 34 while the positions thereof are differentiated circumferentially or/and in the direction of the height thereof and a gruel inflow port 37 is provided at the lower part of the surrounding wall 40a2 of the first path 33 to make the gruel flow into the first path 33 from the second path 34.
