PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipedal human type robot which can easily perform the gross movement.;SOLUTION: In a bipedal human type robot 10 comprising a driving means to oscillate each joint part and a motion control device 50 to control the drive of each driving means, the motion control device 50 comprises a force sensor 40 provided on each part to be protruded during the motion of each part and a compensation unit 54 which detects the attitude of the robot based on the detection signal of each force sensor 40, and corrects the motion data from a motion generation unit 52 based on the attitude.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
