PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stem having a pulse ionizing effect which can be visually recognized through a flashing light linked to pulse-wave current while in use in order to make users realize or verify the pulse-wave ionizing current, which is designed to be applied for a toothbrush, a facial care tool, a hair loss preventive tool, a skin renewal promoting tool, or foot sole electrifying goods, and is provided with batteries, indicators and a pulse signals generating circuit, unlike the conventional steams which have not become prevent due to the high cost and the inconvenient handling as they require electrically connecting parts and a lid of water- proof structure, the complex assembling, and larger number of parts and manufacturing processes, in addition to the thicker stem to give strength and prevent the bending force given during the use from causing failures, since they store batteries, indicators, and a pulse signal generating circuit in 'a long recess' or 'a long hole' vertically provided in the direction of the stem length.;SOLUTION: This handle (10) which is made of a light penetrative material, is provided with a light radiating surface (92) in the place other than a grip part. A storage hole (65) is provided at the position perpendicular to the axis of handle, into which a hole for a battery and a hole for a substrate are integrated, with a conductive member (66), as one terminal, being exposed on the bottom.
