PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Japanese underpants for festivals facilitating dressing and undressing each required when changing clothes for festivals and using the toilet, concealing the inside of the Japanese underpants and making appearance of a Japanese underpants-worn condition similar to that of conventional Japanese underpants without destroying traditionality.;SOLUTION: The Japanese underpants for festivals have leg inserting parts, a lower belly covering part and a stomach padding part. Stomach padding fixing members are set on the ends of the stomach padding part. An opening or an incision connected with the upper part is set on the front side of the junction of the crotch of the lower belly covering part.
