PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a talent selecting method and system with heightened possibility to acquire the man of talent desired by any client and capable of supporting the external commission type management.;SOLUTION: The talent selecting system 19 includes a manager information DB 15 which accumulates the manager information containing the management ability and history of each of a number of applicants 11 to be dispatched as a manager. When any commission information including the working conditions and talent conditions is given by any company 21, the system 19 selects among the manager information DB 15 the manager information on one or more applicants 11 having the management ability and history who best suits the working conditions and talent conditions included in the commission information and emits the selected manager information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
