PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safety device and a safety working method for a working vehicle, capable of preventing a telescopic boom from being bent or broken, or the working vehicle from being rolled over, which is caused by the reaction of a working machine. PSOLUTION: This safety device for the working vehicle, equipped with the working machine at the front end of the telescopic boom, comprises a boom hoisting angle detection means; a boom length detection means; a working machine swivel angle detection means; a working machine reaction detection means; and a control means of comparing a boom strength allowable value in a working attitude at working with a detected working machine reaction, and regulating the working machine if the working machine reaction exceeds the boom strength allowable value.
