PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a retouching fluid composition which is excellent in cap-off performance since it does not dry up even when exposed to the air for a long time in a cap-off state and it allows good retouching operation immediately after the beginning of its use, and to provide a retouching utensil suitable for, e.g. a ball point pen type retouching utensil.;SOLUTION: The retouching fluid composition excellent in cap-off performance is characterized in that it contains at least titanium oxide, a solvent and a resin and that it also contains at least a paraffin wax serving as a cap-off performance improver, and a gelling agent. The retouching utensil 10 is provided with a tip I having a ball 11 and a holder 12 at an end, and a retouching fluid container part 30 in the rear, in such a manner that a pressure is applied by a pressing means 40 to the rear of the tip ball 11 so as to bring the ball 11 into close contact with the inside of the ball holding part at the end of the tip and that the retouching fluid composition is filled in the retouching fluid container part 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
