PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the amount of air in fresh concrete with a simple operation.;SOLUTION: The container 16 for measuring fresh concrete used in the apparatus 1 for measuring the amount of air comprises a container body 2 where fresh concrete is accommodated, and a lid body 3 where the upper opening of the container body is closed airtightly. Although a water-pouring opening 13 and a drainage opening 14 communicating with airtight space 8 are provided on the lid body 3, the water-pouring opening 13 is provided near the edge of the lid body 3, and at the same time the drainage opening 14 is provided near the edge being located at the opposite side of the water-pouring opening 13 while holding an area near the center of the lid body 3. When water is to be poured to the water-pouring space being formed at the upper section of the fresh concrete that has been accommodated in advance out of the airtight space 8 via the water-pouring opening 13, flow from the water-pouring opening 13 to the drainage opening 14 is formed in the water-pouring space.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
