PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the transparency of filtered water from which air bubbles are separated by separating air bubbles from air bubble-containing filtered water.;SOLUTION: Air bubble-containing filtered water is passed through a curved pipe 11d to pass air bubbles along the upper part in the pipe 11d, and filtered water from which air bubbles are separated is passed through the pipe 11c branched from the lower part in the pipe 11d. The transparency of the filtered water passed through the transparent pipe 11e provided on the way of the pipe 11c is detected by an optical sensor 24. By this constitution, the transparency of the filtered water can be detected after air bubbles are separated from the air bubble-containing filtered water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
