PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize sharing, centralization and appropriate classification of preventive maintenance information and provide a concerned party with easy updating and searching of data.;SOLUTION: The preventive maintenance information management system is composed of a Web system. A Web application server 2 for preventive maintenance information management exchanges data with user terminals 3-5 through input support displays by a functional part via a communication network 7, it searches each information file in a database DB in cooperation with a preventive maintenance information management data server 1 by data acquired from the terminals, and it updates each information file in the database DB. A common information management part 210 and a delivered product information management part 220 manage customer information and shipped product information regarding a product shipped to a customer and basic information regarding preventive maintenance service of the product. A scheduled maintenance result information management part 230 and a horizontal expansion result information management part 240 manage result information regarding a result of the preventive maintenance service of the product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
