PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an opening machine does not come into wide use because construction site sorting/discharging refuse bags have various sizes of opening portion even though the entire size thereof is limited in use for a construction site, and to eliminate the trouble of attaching/detaching the bag.;SOLUTION: (a counteractive action to the size of the bag) The angle of arms 4 is expanded and narrowed so as to corresponds to various size. A retaining fitting for fixing the arms 4 on the inside of 2 is removed, and fixed on the outside, thereby enabling corresponding to more smaller bags, and corresponding to bags of various size. (a counteractive action to attaching/detaching work) As shown in Fig 3, nothing is provided on a front surface, so that the bag can be easily put in and taken out, and simply installed by hooking at three points.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
