PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for returning advertisement rate to call tariff by telephone advertisement for a specified individual who originates or receives a telephone call.;SOLUTION: This system is provided with an advertisement distributing device 3 for distributing a prescribed advertisement to a telephone set B, a return data storage means for storing the return data of a call tariff corresponding to the distributed advertisement, a return settlement data storage means for obtaining, concerning the advertisement distributed by the advertisement distributing device 3, the return data for a call tariff corresponding to the above distributed advertisement from the return data storage means and for storing settlement data concerning the rate return corresponding to a telephone set C which distributes the advertisement, or identification information identifying such a telephone set and a settlement means for calculating a call tariff to be returned on the basis of the settlement data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
