PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entirely new steamed meat bun.;SOLUTION: This steamed meat bun is obtained by cooking ostrich meat, pork and lard in amounts of about 60%, about 20% and about 20%, respectively, based on the total weight of meats, and vegetables and various seasonings as other materials except the meats to prepare the ingredients (steps S1 to S4), preparing a pastry for wrapping the prepared ingredients (step S5), wrapping the ingredients with the pastry, leaving the product, steaming the product with a steamer, cooling the steamed product down to the ordinary temperature, and then branding the cooled product to give an appearance that the steamed meat bun uses the ostrich meat (steps S6 to S10).
