PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a steamed meat bun comprising a relatively simple process to make a black-color steamed meat bun having excellent flavor and palate feeling.;SOLUTION: The method for producing a steamed meat bun comprises wrapping ingredient material 2 containing pork, onion and the like with an external wrapping material 3 containing wheat flour as a main material, and steaming the wrapped material to make a steamed meat bun 1. The process of producing the external wrapping material 3 comprises a first mixing process of mixing medium-ground flour, hard flour, squid-ink powder, yeast and water together to form a kneaded mixture, and a second mixing process of adding strong flour, baking powder, starch, sugar, lard and water to the mixture to form dough. The process of producing the ingredient material 2 comprises a process of adding water, sugar, sweet sake, cooking sake, soy sauce and pepper to cut pork and heating the mixture, a process of adding shiitake mushroom, bamboo shoots, soy sauce, cooking sake, oyster sauce, sugar, starch and water to fried garlic and onion, and a process of mixing the seasoned pork made through the processes with the seasoned ingredients to produce the ingredient material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
