PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable ultrasonic image by suppressing the vibration of a device body part attachably and detachably coupled with the base end part of an ultrasound probe.;SOLUTION: A coupling part 9a, an adapter 5e, a driving device fixing bolt 9c and two front and rear adapter fixing bolts 5f provide connection means for connecting a device body part 5d of an ultrasound probe driving device 5 to a supporting arm 9. A coupling part 5h of the adapter 5e is located at a position close to a motor 22 fro linear driving on the side face of the device body part 5d and supported at a position near the center of gravity of the device body part 5d. Besides, the coupling part 5h is supported at a position near the motor 22 for linear driving which is a vibration generating source, and thus the vibration can be suppressed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
