A probe cup holder flexible arm (6), comprising a base body (2) and an unlocking arm (3). The base body (2) forms a limiting space (24) used for limiting a probe cup holder (1). At the locking position, the engaging tab (31) holds the probe cup holder (1); at the unlocking position, the engaging tab (31) releases the probe cup holder (1). By engagingly fitting the probe cup holder flexible arm (6) with the probe cup holder (1), the unlocking arm (3) implements a switchover between a locked state and an unlocked state. When the probe cup holder flexible arm (6) is applied in a desktop ultrasound instrument, medical workers, regardless of being left-handed or right-handed, can smoothly retrieve and replace a probe.
