PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new nanowire obtained by utilizing a carbon nanotube and a production method therefor, and to provide a method for easily producing a nanonetwork consisting of the nanowire, so that the handling properties of the carbon nanotube are improved, and the wide application of the carbon nanotube such as carbon nanotube-containing electronic devices, functional materials or other structural materials is realized. SOLUTION: In the nanowire, the core part 12 consists of a carbon nanotube consisting of at least one layer of graphene sheets 12a and 12b, and the circumference of the core part 12 is provided with a functional layer 15 consisting of one or more layers of reformed graphene sheets obtained by reforming the graphene sheets.
