PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents supply system or the like enhancing operability for users.;SOLUTION: In the contents supply system 100 having a proxy server 3, the proxy server 3 includes a recognition means having a choice rearranging function for recognizing the location of each cellular phone 1; a decision means for deciding whether or not there are two or more choices for different areas; and a rearranging means for rearranging the choices of contents related to positions. When there is a request from the cellular phone 1 for predetermined contents, the proxy server 3, based on information about the location of the cellular phone 1, rearranges the choices of the position-related contents in an order corresponding to the location of the cellular phone 1 and transfers the result to the cellular phone 1.
