PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a countermeasure sheet against sand outflow reducing manual works of divers and being efficiently, rapidly, accurately, and safely laid, and acclimated well to a slope face of a rubble mound to be closely fixed and unconventionally requiring no special retaining tubes after it has been once laid.;SOLUTION: The countermeasure sheet against sand outflow has a longitudinally long rectangular shape covering over from the upper end edge B2 of a slope face B1 of a rubble mound B to the lower end edge B3 at a specified width. It is water permeable and has a sand bag 7 formed at the bottom face texture C' made of sand-impermeable sheet texture. After the sheet is laid on the slope face B1 by use of the frame body for laying the sheet, sand is charged in the sand bag 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
