PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology useful for the development of a gene and protein associated with a treating agent of endocrine tumor in the pancreas and digestive tract and the tumor. ;SOLUTION: This human gastrinoma capable of growing by successive cultivations; a non-human mammalian animal loaded with human gastrinoma; and a method for screening the treating agent of human endocrine tumor in the pancreas and digestive tract, especially a human gastrinoma-treating agent by administering a test compound to the non-human mammalian animal and measuring the size of the human gastrinoma or its tissue strain and/or gastrin concentration in the blood are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
