PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of overcoat with a stain-resistant coating material, by which the same overcoat work as that with a conventional coating material for building is performed regardless of the length of an interval.;SOLUTION: The stain-resistant coating material (B) is applied over a coating film obtained by applying the stain-resistant coating material (A) containing a silicate compound on a base material. The stain-resistant coating material (B) contains a resin composition containing a hydroxyl group-containing fluororesin, a polyisocyanate compound and a silicate compound and further contains 1-20 wt.% isocyanate group-containing silane coupling agent per the weight of the resin composition solid matter.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
