PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assessment system or the like for a fire-fighting system in which accurate assessment or the like is made possible by stabilizing the output of heat radiation to become a target to be measured.;SOLUTION: In the assessment system for a fire-fighting system 10 for forming a water curtain W for fire-fighting by sprinkling water within a target area 1, a heat radiation heater 20 for forming the heat radiation and a radiometer 30 for measuring the heat radiation from the relevant heat radiation heater 20 are arranged at counter positions across the water curtain W.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
