PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible pavement having a large noise reduction effect by preventing such problems with durable pavement material usable also for roadway that, in a conventional asphalt layer with a large number of cavities, the noise reduction effect is gradually reduced though noise prevention effect is given, cavities in the surface of a pavement body are collapsed and the cavities are clogged inside the pavement body to lower the function in a short time, and a method for laying down a rubber sheet is also short in service life on the roadway and becomes very expensive. ;SOLUTION: This resin pavement material is formed into resin mortar having elastic aggregate and inorganic powder of 300 μm or less in maximum grain size mixed with binder of resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
