PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone with a crime-preventing function and a crime-prevention adaptor for the mobile phone capable of utilizing a flash light for the crime-preventing function.;SOLUTION: The mobile phone comprises: a main body 1; a receiver opening 2; a transmitter opening 3; an LCD 4; a dial key 5; a 4-way key and determining key 6; a camera (digital camera) 7; a flash light (strobe) 8; and an emergency button 9. The mobile phone has an Internet access function and an electronic mail transmission/reception function. When the emergency button is depressed, an alarm with a large sound volume is sounded from an alarm sound output section of the mobile phone and the flash light 8 is lighted or blinked. Further, the camera 7 photographs an evidence photo at emission of the flash light 8 and the mobile phone automatically transmits the photo to a preset mail address of a police station or a guard company or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
