PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line conference system suitable for clarification of the state of conference participants in an on-line conference and smoothly progressing the conference, and to provide a program for controlling the conference system and an on-line conference method. PSOLUTION: The on-line conference system 1 is configured to comprise: a first electronic blackboard system 10; a second electronic blackboard system 11; a conference progress management terminal 12; and a user management terminal 13 and to interconnect them by a network 20 in a data communication available way. A conference status reflecting apparatus in the electronic blackboard system implements display control of conference information, output of a effect sound during information entry, and display of input order information of the conference information or the like.
