PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitaring device to investigate continuously for a long time an artificial fish reef without driving fishes away and installed at a depth to which even a diver can not reach.;SOLUTION: This monitaring device is obtained by attaching plural small light weight cameras (3) to a rope (2) standing vertically from the bottom of the sea by using a weight (1) and a float (4), and performs the monitoring the fishes gathering around the artificial fish reef (5) for a long time (24 hr or longer). It is possible to extend its effect by simultaneously using an unmanned submerging machine capable of performing various works in water by a remote control with a wire from the surface of the sea.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
