PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate a plurality of production lines at high speed while securing the accuracy and to perform integrated management by securing the capacity of the entire system, evaluating the line capacity/production cost of a line group and evaluating profit and loss. PSOLUTION: A line capacity evaluation means for evaluating an individual line and a line capacity integrated evaluation/management operation evaluation means for evaluating the entire lines are provided. In the line capacity integrated evaluation/management operation evaluation means, the loads of an individual line capacity evaluation means are taken into consideration and an operation is performed. Also, the line capacity/production cost of the line group are evaluated and the profit and the loss are evaluated. In the line capacity evaluation means, a base model for a simulation is prepared on the basis of data from the production lines and a method for improving the accuracy of it is adopted.
