PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cervical vertebra height measuring instrument for confirming whether or not a used pillow has an appropriate height in a general family. SOLUTION: This cervical vertebra height measuring instrument for designing a pillow comprises a measuring part 10 and a scale part 20. The measuring part is so constituted that a measuring point 13 moves vertically, while the scale part is so constituted that the measuring point is moved by operating it and displays marks 23-1,..., 23-9 expressing the extent of the movement of the measuring thereon.
