PURPOSE: Provided is a pillow to adjust head and cervical vertebrae height by a pad which adjusts the height of pillow exactly in consideration of one's head shape on a basis of one's sitting height so that it helps users to select the height of the pillow as one's physical characteristics. CONSTITUTION: The pillow to adjust head and cervical vertebrae height by the pad comprises the parts of: an adjustment pad for cervical vertebrae height(31) which is placed between a pillow body part contacted with cervical vertebrae and a pillow cover(2); an adjustment pad for head height(32) which is placed between a pillow body part contacted with head and a pillow cover; and a manual which suggests one's sitting height and average height by the size of the pillow body and the thickness and the number of the adjustment pad for cervical vertebrae height and also describes the ratio of head thickness and head width by the thickness and the number of the adjustment pad for head height.
