PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor environment declaration system wherein a comfortable and appropriate air conditioning control is realized. PSOLUTION: The indoor environment declaration system is provided with a server 1, a database 2, terminals 3a, 3b and 3c of network managers, terminals 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e and 4f of residents, and a building 5. The server 1 is provided with a control part 11, a Web engine 12, a resident registration processing part 13, a declaration request processing part 14 and a declaration collection processing part 15. The database 2 is provided with a resident information storage part 21, a declaration information storage part 22, a building information storage part 23, and a mail address storage part 24.
