PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halogen-free flame-retardant grained artificial leather having excellent flame retardance, suitable for interior fields, especially used requiring the flame retardance such as seats for vehicles and having a soft touch feeling.;SOLUTION: This flame-retardant grained artificial leather comprises a grain layer (C) on at least one surface of an artificial leather substrate composed of a nonwoven fabric in which ultrafine fibers (A) having ≤0.5 dtex fineness are three-dimensionally entangled and a polymeric elastic body (B) filled in the interior thereof. In the artificial leather, the ultrafine fibers are composed of a copolyester comprising an organophosphorus component copolymerized therewith and aluminum hydroxide is contained in the polymeric elastic body (B).
