PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super or subcritical fluid treatment system capable of forming a high-pressure site efficient for the high pressure fluid utilization process such as the super or subcritical fluid without using particular compressing equipment. SOLUTION: The super or subcritical fluid treatment system forms the high- pressure site of super or subcritical conditions in at least one treatment vessel 1 formed in the passage and achieves the desired temperature and the high- pressure site suitable for the treatment of super or subcritical fluid in the treatment vessel 1 by performing thermal treatment to the process fluid and imparting thermal expansion to the fluid to cause a pressure difference between the treatment vessel 1 and the outside.
