PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference system for lottery tickets which eliminates a leak of winning and personal information and prevents a winning ticket from being left not cashed.;SOLUTION: This system has a lottery ticket information database 11 which stores lottery ticket information including a lottery ticket number, a winning number announcement data, and a winning ticket announcement URL read by a reader and a control part 15 which accesses an HTTP server 3 by obtaining the winning information announcement URL of a lottery ticket, whose winning number announcement day is today, in the lottery ticket information database 11 at previously set matching start time to obtain the winning information that the HTTP server 3 announces, matches it against lottery ticket numbers in the lottery ticket information database 11 and displays the result at a display part 14, registers the lottery ticket number of a winning lottery ticket and its cashing period as cashing information in a cashing information database 13, retrieves winning lottery tickets whose cashing periods correspond to today from the cashing information database 13 and displays them together with a picture for inputting whether they are already cashed, and deletes cashing information on the winning lottery tickets whose cashing states are inputted from the cashing information database 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
