PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system quickly and surely transferring a claim and making the claim of a small amount to be the object of claim transfer as well. ;SOLUTION: A claim inquiry device is provided with a registration means successively receiving the contents including at least a money amount of the claim whose transfer is desired, a storage means successively storing the contents of the claim successively received by the registration means, and an inquiry means receiving the inquiry conditions of the claim whose inquiry is desired, retrieving the contents of the claim stored in the storage means according to the inquiry conditions and outputting the retrieved result. At the time of newly receiving the contents of the claim whose transfer is desired, the registration means combines the already registered claims stored in the storage means at the time of newly receiving the contents of the claim and the claim to be newly received and calculates a total money amount for each combination.
