PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely grasp whether contractors perform operations as request items indicate and to reduce the management costs needed to confirm the operations.;SOLUTION: An orderer 2 creates specifications of an ordered package and presents the specifications to 1st to 3rd contractors (step 102). The 1st contractor 5 sends video generated by photographing operation stages and an actually finished article to be delivered by an image capturing device 12 to a terminal 3 of the orderer 2 by electronic mail, etc., from a terminal 6 through a network 4 (step 103).
