PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molten lithium nuclear fusion energy generation apparatus whose electric discharge is stabilized, which prevents lithium from being scattered, which can supply stable and safe energy and which is easy to handle. SOLUTION: The molten lithium nuclear fusion energy generation apparatus is provided with a reaction vessel 7 into which hydrogen gas is injected so as to generate hydrogen ions, an anode 1 arranged and installed inside the reaction vessel 7, a cathode 2 which is arranged inside the reaction vessel 7 by keeping a prescribed interval from the anode 1 and which is constituted of a substance mixed with molten lithium or a salt melted in the molten lithium or a metal and a pulse power-supply device 4 which applies a pulsed voltage across the anode 1 and the cathode 2 and which generates liquid ions and an electron plasma inside the reaction vessel 7. In the apparatus, the Coulomb barrier between atoms is reduced by the liquid ions and the electron plasma, atomic nucleuses are brought close to a reaction distance by a condensation force acting on the atomic nucleuses inside the molten lithium, and a nuclear fusion reaction is induced.
