INTERNET-BASED EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING CELLULAR PHONE AND PHS AS TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet system for managing employees by a computer while using cellular phones and PHS (personal handy phone system) as transmission terminals. SOLUTION: A character data creation and transmission system is provided for creating and registering hundreds or thousands or more of single sentences to easily and quickly transmit the character data of information on the activities and schedules of employees from cellular phones and PHS, and for preparing selection first to around fourth selection screens to allow easy and quick searching. And a system is provided for rearranging the character data of the information on the activities and schedules of the employees, transmitted via the Internet, at the appropriate time for each registered employee, to provide an instant, centralized display of a list. Still another system is provided for transmitting, for each designated employee, the character data of the information on the activities and schedules of each employee saved and managed by an employee-management computer, to the screen of the cellular phone or PHS via the Internet.
